📦 RETURNS POLICY
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@robinsonstreatboxes.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
🚚 SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- 2–3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Can I customise my box?
Yes! Many of our boxes allow you to choose your favourite treats, drinks, and extras to create the perfect combination.
Do you cater for allergies?
Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, milk, gluten and soy. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any items are allergen-free.
Can I include a message?
Yes — you can add a personalised message at checkout, and we’ll include it in your box.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK.
